just 60 mins drive from malaga airport, we recommend if possible, you arrive in daylight for your first visit as the track to the cottage isn’t lit. from the aiport, you take the e15 road towards malaga and then the N340 for about 20km until the A45 cordoba turn off. follow the A45 for about 25km until the motorway forks where upon you take the right hand A359 towards granada. follow the A359 for about 25km until you reach the A333. take the A333 towards salinas and villanueva de tapia. before tapia you will pass the famous 'hotel bobadillia' on your right, carry on.

just before the bp petrol station take the right hand A328 turn to loja and travel through the valley until the '3km' sign. after 3 bends you will see the village of fuente del conde up on your left and then almost immediately a small track, sharp on your right. take this turn off. you will pass 2 properties and a ruin on the left. 'casa cuatro vientos' is the first house on your right. parking is at the top, behind the house.
